VETERAN STABILIZATION & SUICIDE PREVENTION
OPERATION RESILIENCE

Preventing crisis before it happens.
Restoring stability after service.

OUR APPROACH

We shift support from crisis response to early engagement. By addressing both mental health needs and social determinants such as employment, housing stability and isolation, we build protective factors that reduce risk and promote long-term resilience. Our model is evidence-informed, community-driven and focused on measurable outcomes.

Operation Resilience is a comprehensive, community-based program designed to identify and support at-risk veterans, active-duty service members and military families. Through early intervention, peer support, case management and workforce stabilization. We connect individuals to resources, care and opportunities they need to thrive.

Next Mission Veterans Alliance addresses key drivers of suicide risk, such as unemployment, isolation, lack of access to care and housing instability: by removing barriers and building a strong foundation for long-term stability and well-being.
